Thinking of having a new house built or renovating your existing home but you’re not too sure about where to start? Well that’s where I for Style’s Client Representative service can really help. We work hard to make sure our clients are number one in the design and construction process. From the earliest stages right through to the completed project, it’s important that all decisions made benefit you, the client – so we put you front and centre.
Just what does a Client Representative do?
The CR is first and foremost a representative of the client. All too often, we hear of people having a bad experience over having a new house built or renovations done. That why we’re so passionate about making sure they have a great experience!
Like any great journey, we believe that the design and building process should be as uncomplicated and enjoyable as is possible, from start to finish! We get that people who come to us need to be kept in the know during the process and that any ideas or questions they may have need to be listened to and given due consideration.
The CR is involved in all discussions at planning stage and at all site meetings during the construction stage making sure you’re kept up to speed with exactly what’s happening each stage of the project. This gives the client peace of mind that nothing is overlooked.
The CR liaises between the client and the project manager (if one is appointed), builder and any other trades ensuring the best possible outcome for the client. To quote one of our clients ‘If anyone is thinking of renovating Lurleen from I for Style should be at the top of your list!
