It’s been a busy year so far with lots of interesting projects on the go. One of these projects is a newly built, large house in Oakville, near Windsor, NSW.
I for Style have been tasked with specifying lighting, indoor and outdoor furniture, rugs, soft furnishings, artwork and homewares amongst other things. Also required are furniture layouts, some joinery design, some feature wall paint colours and curating existing artwork.
The concept for this project is encapsulated in the words ‘Sleek and Sophisticated’. The house is modern in style but with lovely coffered ceilings, outstanding joinery and the most beautiful kitchen.
While it will be a few more months before this project is complete, due to long lead-times on lighting, rugs, other items of furniture etc, take a sneak-peek at the two photos. The Timothy Oulton Odeon light from Coco Republic above the island bench suits the open-plan kitchen/dining space to perfection!

The gorgeous Fleur rug from Designer Rugs together with the Seymour chair and footstool from King Living are two standout pieces too.
