During the previous stage (finalising of Plans etc), I for Style or the client, if they have preferred tradespeople they’ve worked with in the past, can begin engaging those who will be involved in the renovation or refurbishment.
It’s well worth engaging I for Style to act as the client’s representative in the lead up to and throughout the renovation. This ensures that the interests of the client are at the heart of every decision made. In any renovation, there are unforseen challenges but being as organised as possible beforehand with everything ready to go really does help to make the process much smoother and less stressful.
So often there are communication breakdowns during a renovation between the project manager, the tradespeople and the clients. To know that a professional, who’s primary function is looking out for them, can make a huge difference.
