Contemporary Coastal House Sawtell, NSW

Client Brief:

When it came to having their dream-house built in trendy Sawtell, on the mid-north coast of NSW, our client engaged the services of I For Style, whom they had used previously for several different projects over the years.

Right from the all-important planning stage, we worked closely with them to establish the style, ambience, and practical requirements for this project. Once this was achieved, the exterior and interior materials, finishes and colours were carefully chosen to maximise the overall look.

Having built a trusted professional relationship with the clients in the past, we were all very keen to push the boundaries of design, coming up with innovative and clever ways of incorporating many of the elements used. 

The end result of this stunning, architecturally designed house speaks for itself. It’s streamlined functionality and outstanding visual appeal has far exceeded our clients’ expectations.
