Classic Federation House

Client Brief: I For Style was tasked with transforming a very tired looking Federation Style House into a home that is both elegant and nurturing yet practical enough to meet the clients changing lifestyle requirements.
The renovated kitchen allows for ease of flow and features beautiful, detailed joinery and antique brass pendant lights.
Stepping up the elegance factor a few notches, the formal lounge room and adjoining home office provide a peaceful place to relax or work.
There are two home offices in this house. The second office is purpose-built office for a client with Parkinson’s disease. This space has two separate rooms – one to relax in and the other room for work.
The bathroom renovation was the last change in this home. It has a calm ambience and features an Italian wall tile which reflects the light beautifully causing it to literally sparkle.
