Classic Country Style House Middle Dural NSW

Client Brief:

I for Style was engaged to give this house a new lease of life, as some of the rooms looked tired and dated. The lack of natural light is also an issue. 

To complement the classic country style, we added touched of the French provincial style. New timber flooring was laid throughout, except for the dining/kitchen spaces where we retained the cork flooring. Warm white walls were chosen for most rooms. 

Existing blinds in the kitchen/dining room were repainted to match the wall colour. A modern chandelier hangs above the newly painted, white-topped dining table. A soft, mint-green striped wall adds freshness. Green was also used on the walls in the family room, completing the picture. 

The bathroom shown in the photos is situated on the lower ground level. All walls on this level are a soft gold colour.
